During our free initial consultation with you, we determine which of our services would best suit your needs. We are then able to prepare a proposal and price structure, based on the information you provide, catered specifically for you and the event you’ve always imagined. Our pricing takes into consideration the style, size, location and complexity of your event. At Asherisevents we also offer hourly consulting. If you’re working on a budget, we can help you save money by recommending preferred vendors and helping you stick to your budget. Comprehensive wedding Planning Package
1. One hour FREE consultation to discuss event needs.
2. Initial Meeting with client to understand clients vision for the wedding day.
3. Obtain all vendor contracts and review them.
4. Contact all vendors and inform them of Asherisevents involvement in upcoming wedding.
5. Confirm all vendors contract details. (deliveries, set-up times, any pick-ups or returns, etc.)
6. Meeting with reception venue coordinator and caterer to discuss wedding day itinerary.
7. Development of a detailed wedding time-line, itinerary and floor plan for contracted vendors and the bridal party.
8. Wedding Rehearsal supervision and coordination.
9. Quarterly meetings or phone conferences with Bride and groom.
10. Meeting with DJ and any other music coordinators.
11. Advice for wedding day etiquette and protocol.
12. Design and create an event seating-diagram/along with couple.
13. Create and generate spread sheets to facilitate wedding planning.
14. Create and distribute a comprehensive “day of” checklist for bridal party and vendors.
15. Provide client with comprehensive Vendor referral list.
COMPLETE WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
Coordination by Lead event planner.
1. On-site coordination and supervision at the CEREMONY site and during the
RECEPTION on the day of your wedding.
2. Provide a Detailed wedding day time-line to all wedding vendors, venue and banquet staff.
3. Overseeing ALL set up at the ceremony and Reception site.
4. Supervision of all DÉCOR/DESIGN.
5. Supervision of all vendor delivery and set up on day of at ceremony and reception site.
6. Assist bride and wedding party in dressing room prior to ceremony.
7. Behind the scenes event management and troubleshooting.
8. Time keeping for the ENTIRE BRIDAL party, Including, bride and groom.
9. Coordination of ENTIRE RECEPTION PROGRAM
(first dance, dance with family, champagne toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)
10. Monitoring and enforcing of specially requested photographs during Reception with quotes as well.
CENTERPIECE RENTALS (New service alert)

and one of a kind hand crafted arrangements for a very reasonable fee. We are now able to rent out pre-made arrangements.
